Binding Agreement

General Terms

No party may rely on any representation not expressly recorded in this document or in a supplementary policy.

The most recent version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fh99 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the entertainment services explicitly described on the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which fh99 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through fh99's internal dispute resolution process will be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of fh99 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
fh99 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor entity, or acquirer without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with fh99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are accessing fh99 voluntarily and entirely of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes.
- You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party, and all funds you deposit represent your own lawfully acquired money.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with fh99 or any affiliated gaming platform.

fh99 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks on any account at any time. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the deadline set by fh99 will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending successful verification.
Players who have registered under false pretences — including misrepresentation of age, identity, or location — will have their accounts immediately and permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated during the period of ineligibility will be voided and forfeited. Deposits made during that period will be refunded to the original payment method net of any bonuses received, subject to fh99's discretion and applicable legal requirements.
Age Verification
fh99 may request government-issued ID at any time. Accounts pending verification will have withdrawals held until documentation is confirmed.
Geographic Eligibility
fh99 is designed for players in Bangladesh. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to open or maintain an account.
Single Account Rule
Each individual may hold only one registered fh99 account. Multiple accounts per person, household, or IP address may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
Own Funds Only
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in account review and potential closure.
Account Registration & Security

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on fh99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fh99 does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals. Your fh99 wallet balance is denominated in BDT at all times.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence (EDD) may apply to high-value deposits above defined thresholds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically 10–15 minutes via bKash and Nagad, and up to 24 hours for bank transfer methods.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit (the "same-source rule"). This rule exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. fh99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of account verification status.
fh99 does not accept deposits made using funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. Any deposit suspected of originating from unlawful sources will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities in accordance with applicable law. Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real-money funds. General bonus conditions that apply to all fh99 promotions unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms:
- Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once per promotional period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
- Bonus funds and free spins winnings must be used within the validity period stated in individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
- fh99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already activated an affected bonus will be permitted to complete its wagering requirements under the original terms.
- If fh99 determines that a player has attempted to exploit or manipulate any bonus or promotion — including through multi-accounting, collusion, use of betting software, or systematic bonus abuse — all bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any associated account balances may be voided and the account permanently closed.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using fh99, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, these Terms, and reasonable standards of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fh99 platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with fh99's casino games, sportsbook, or cashier in a manner not explicitly permitted by fh99.
- Engaging in match-fixing, price manipulation, insider betting, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on sports betting markets.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any fh99 software, game engine, or random number generator.
- Using the fh99 platform for any money laundering activity, including deliberately losing funds to a colluding account or cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.

- Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses by registering duplicate accounts, using VPN services to circumvent geo-restrictions, or any other method designed to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended scope.
fh99 employs automated fraud detection systems alongside manual review by its compliance team to monitor all account activity. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will be suspended immediately pending investigation. fh99 reserves the right to permanently close such accounts, void all associated wagers and winnings, and withhold any balance pending legal review.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fh99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the fh99 platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
fh99 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the deadline set by fh99.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or bonus abuse.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal recorded.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools in account settings.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and free spins — may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, fh99 reserves the right to forfeit any winnings derived from the violating activity and to return only the verified real-money deposit balance, net of any bonuses claimed, at its sole discretion.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their fh99 account for any reason other than self-exclusion may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

In such circumstances, fh99 will endeavour to restore service as quickly as reasonably practicable.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game error that results in an incorrectly displayed outcome, fh99 reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the players' accounts. fh99 is not obligated to honour any payout that resulted from a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was caused by fh99's own systems or by a third-party game provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fh99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fh99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your fh99 account — including wager outcomes, payment processing, bonus calculations, or account decisions — you must follow this process:

fh99's records — including server logs, transaction records, game outcome data, and communication logs — shall constitute the primary evidence in any dispute. In all cases, fh99's records take precedence over player-side screenshots or claims where a discrepancy exists, unless the player can demonstrate manifest error in fh99's records.
